Maintain a Healthy Diet: A healthy diet contributes to the overall health of hair, including gray strands. Foods rich in vitamins A, C, E, and omega-3 fatty acids can support scalp health. For instance, fish, nuts, and leafy greens promote shiny and vibrant hair.
